Coach K'Vonte

Throws

Coach K'Vonte is in his second year coaching with the Jacksonville Athletic Club.  K'Vonte is currently a post-collegiate decathlete who just graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 2016. In 2015 K'Vonte scored a personal best 7549 in the decathlon to become a NCAA All-American, as well as become ranked #23 in the United States that year in the decathlon.

K'Vonte had a personal best of 6042 out of high school, where he was recruited to compete in college for Coach Eli at East Tennessee. In his first year of college competition he had close to a 1000 point PR, to become a USATF Junior National All-American.  Since then K'Vonte has set 4 school records at 2 different universities, and has his sights set for the 2017 USATF National Championships, as well as scoring over 8000 points in the decathlon.  K'Vonte is a great example of someone who has worked extremely hard to achieve his goals.
