What?- Starting in the summer of 2021, the Jacksonville Athletic Club will be offering two different long distance running programs! We will have a youth program for kids ages 5-12 who love to run, and want to learn how to increase their endurance, as well as an elite distance group for middle school and high school students looking to gear up for the cross country season in the fall. Both groups' training will include endurance running, speed and power training, race strategies, and all will be done in a fun and challenging way! We will also be offering an optional practice day each week (Saturday mornings) for a long run with the coaches!
