This training group is for the younger athlete (ages 5-12) who not only wants to learn the fundamentals of track and field, but also increase their speed and agility for all sports.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a young athlete to improve their overall athleticism. This group will meet two nights a week and will learn the proper techniques and training methods from a young age, so that their long term development will be more successful.
This is a wonderful opportunity for any young athlete looking to improve their speed, strength and coordination and this will all be done in a fun and encouraging environment! Athletes will also have many opportunities to compete in meets over the summer.
Cost for this group is $300 for the entire summer period.
This group will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm.

Starting in the summer of 2021, the Jacksonville Athletic Club will be offering a youth summer run program! This is a unique opportunity for kids in grades 1-8 who love to run, and want to learn how to increase their endurance, run faster, and gear up for the cross country season in the fall. This group will meet a few mornings a week, and training will include endurance training, speed and power training, race strategies, and all will be done in a fun and challenging way! We will also be offering an optional practice day each week (Saturday mornings) for a long run with the coaches!
Who?- Boys and girls in grades 1-8 who enjoy running!
Where?- We will be having three practice locations this summer! One at Atlantic Beach, one at UNF, and one at Bolles!
When?- Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8am- 9am.
Cost- Cost for this 10 week program is only $200.

The JAC Emerging Elite group is the perfect opportunity for any track and field athlete who is looking to continue to improve in their events, or even learn new track and field events!
This group will start training ________ and will practice 3 days a week (Mon / Wed / Fri). Athletes in this group will also have the opportunity to compete in some track meets this summer.

At the highest level, this group is geared towards the very serious track and field athlete (ages 12-18) who wants to make a commitment over the summer to becoming the best. We have coaches to cover all of the events, as well as the events that are not contested in the Florida high school season (ex. hammer throw, decathlon and heptathlon).
This group has the opportunity to compete at the biggest meets over the summer, and receive first class coaching from former NCAA division one coaches. College recruitment is also a goal for this group, so we make sure to schedule / host meets where we know coaches will be.
