This club was founded to provide full time training options for the serious track and field athlete. So the short answer is "yes". However, we understand that this is difficult for the younger athlete / athlete who plays multiple sports. That is why we have the year split up into different "seasons" allowing the athlete to join / sign up for what they are able to do.
We have training opportunities for all ages and abilities! Click here for our youth program (ages 5-12.) Click here for our current high school program (ages 13-18). Click here for our post-collegiate program.
The best place for a beginner (no matter the age or ability) is to start with a few private lessons, so that the athlete will be able to get one-on-one instruction. This is the best way for the athlete to learn as a beginner. If your child is between the ages of 5-12 and want to learn the sport with other kids their age, bring them to a youth practice to try things out!
Our practices, lessons, and home track meets that we host are all held at the beautiful Bolles School (7400 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32217)
Absolutely we do, at no cost at all. Our coaches have competed at the NCAA level, coached at the NCAA level, and sent over 80 athletes to the NCAA / NAIA level. Our coaches are extremely knowledgeable about the recruitment process for track and field and will be happy to help however we can!
