junior development program

Starting in September, the JAC will be offering training opportunities for those athletes ages 11-14 who want to bridge the gap from the introductory youth program to the intense 5 day a week elite program.  This is a the perfect opportunity for any athlete looking to continue on the JAC long term athlete development plan.  


After the athletes take a few weeks off from the summer club, and after they have a few weeks of school under their belt, we start training again.  The training group will start Tuesday, September 9th, and conclude at the end of  November.  


We will be offering training 3 days a week (Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday). Training will be at The Bolles School, and will go from 4:30pm-6:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as 10:30am-12pm on Saturdays. Time will be dedicated on event specific conditioning, speed and power development, as well as technical development for the sprints, hurdles, and jumps.


The cost for the fall training group is $150 a month.
