What?- For the summer of 2024, the Jacksonville Athletic Club is excited to offer a long distance running programs for kids ages 5-12 who love to run and want to learn how to increase their endurance! This groups' training will include endurance running, speed and power training, race strategies, and all will be done in a fun and challenging way! We will also be offering an optional practice day each week (Saturday mornings) for a long run with the coaches!
