JAC Long Distance Program

We are proud and excited to have the coaching available for any distance runner looking to improve their endurance, speed, and decrease their times!


We have training available for all ages and abilities, and can cater training to each athletes individual needs.

Cross country training for kids in grades 1-8, including  endurance training, speed and power training, race strategies, and all will be done in a fun and challenging way!

Long distance program for kids ages 5-12, which will include some opportunities to compete in local track meets and the Jr. Gate River Run!

Over the summer we have 2 training groups (kids and elite), for athletes looking to either compete in some track meets, or teams looking to get ready for the upcoming cross country season!
