Below you can find out about our different summer club options for athletes of all ages. We have training for all ages, abilities, and commitment levels. There is no better place to spend the summer practicing and competing!
This training group is for the younger athlete (ages 5-12) who not only wants to learn the fundamentals of track and field, but also increase their speed and agility for all sports.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a young athlete to improve their overall athleticism. This group will meet two nights a week and will learn the proper techniques and training methods from a young age, so that their long term development will be more successful.
This is a wonderful opportunity for any young athlete looking to improve their speed, strength and coordination and this will all be done in a fun and encouraging environment! Athletes will also have many opportunities to compete in meets over the summer.
Cost for this group is $300 for the entire summer period.
This group will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm.
At the highest level, this group is geared towards the very serious track and field athlete (ages 12-18) who wants to make a commitment over the summer to becoming the best. We have coaches to cover all of the events, as well as the events that are not contested in the Florida high school season (ex. javelin, hammer throw, decathlon and heptathlon).
This group has the opportunity to compete at the biggest meets over the summer, and receive first class coaching from former NCAA division one coaches. College recruitment is also a goal for this group, so we make sure to schedule / host meets where we know coaches will be.
This group will start Monday, May 25th, and practice 4 days a week until our last meet on August 16th.
